Job summary

Citadel Masonry, the masonry division of Monteith Construction, is seeking a team-oriented professional to manage site activities, maintain safety standards, and coordinate daily field operations with strong proficiency in MS Office and PM software.

Responsibilities include scheduling, paperwork, meetings, and ensuring quality and safety on site. Travel within NC/SC and flexibility for non-traditional hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with project management processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and teams.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within NC/SC.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and directing daily activities; ensure safety, schedule, quality.
• Maintain daily paperwork: timecards, field reports, emails.
• Promote safety, health, and cleanliness on site.
• Attend pre-construction and progress meetings.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• PM software experience (Procore, Newforma) preferred.
• Read and understand construction schedules.
• Work non-traditional hours when needed.
• Travel within NC/SC as required.
