Job summary

Citadel Masonry is seeking a field/planning supervisor to ensure projects meet contract and quality standards. You will schedule daily activities, direct crews, and maintain field documentation to track safety, cost, schedule, and quality. Travel to NC/SC sites is expected as needed.

Ideal candidates can read schedules, operate MS Office, and use PM tools like Procore or Newforma; willingness to train and contribute to continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and understanding construction schedules.
• Ability to travel within NC/SC as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project software (Procore, Newforma) preferred.
• Demonstrated scheduling and daily activity direction on jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet contract and quality standards.
• Schedule and direct daily activities while monitoring cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, and quality.
• Maintain daily paperwork: timecards, field reports, and emails.
• Promote safety and cleanliness on the jobsite.
• Attend pre-construction and progress meetings.

What You’ll Do At Citadel

• Ensuring that all projects are performed in accordance with contract and quality standards
• Scheduling and directing the daily activities of work and assuring that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, and quality are met
• Maintaining daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, and E-mail correspondence
• Promoting and maintaining safety, health, and cleanliness on the jobsite
• Attending pre-construction, progress and other project meetings
• Participating in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
• Project management software experience strongly preferred; Procore, Newforma, etc.
• Ability to read and understand construction schedules.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours when needed
• Ability to travel (NC / SC)
