Kuhlman Corporation in Maumee, OH is seeking a Sales Manager and Technical Specialist – Masonry to drive sales growth, provide masonry expertise, and lead a sales team within our architectural masonry division.

You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while engaging clients, architects, and contractors to expand market presence and solve technical challenges on projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in architectural masonry sales or technical support.
• Technical certifications in masonry preferred.
• Experience with CRM, MS Office, and project tools.
• Proven leadership and ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team.
• Provide technical masonry expertise to customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and key clients.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions and product positioning.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
