Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Construction Operations Manager in Los Angeles to lead masonry and concrete construction across multiple active projects. You will drive safety, quality, profitability, and on-site execution while coordinating with project managers, field leaders, and senior management.

Ideal candidates bring deep field leadership, strong scheduling and resource planning skills, and a track record of delivering complex structural builds with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction operations management, preferably masonry/concrete projects.
• Proven ability to manage field production and schedules across multiple projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of masonry and concrete construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Experience supervising superintendents, foremen, and skilled trades personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field production for masonry and concrete projects across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement production plans to maximize labor and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate schedules and resources with project managers and field teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement timely solutions.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality control standards are followed through site visits.
• Lead, mentor, and manage superintendents, foremen, and field personnel.
