Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE or related field.
• 3–4 years of Project Engineer experience in construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, Revit or LEED is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering and technical aspects of assigned construction projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, QA/QC, and project specs.
• Maintain regular client communication to understand requirements and represent interests on-site.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and team objectives; provide updates and solutions.
• Assign tasks and mentor project team members for collaborative success.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address technical challenges.
• Review deliverables, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
