gobravvo is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee masonry, concrete, and structural construction projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and field activities while collaborating with field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring proven experience in masonry or structural builds, strong read of drawings/engineering specs, and proficiency with PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing masonry, concrete, or structural construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination.
• Ability to read/interpret construction drawings and engineering specs.
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management for masonry, concrete, and structural scopes.
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and trade partners for sequencing.
• Review construction drawings, engineering plans, and specs.
• Coordinate activities for foundations, retaining walls, hillside/sloped-site projects.
• Monitor schedules, address delays, and develop recovery strategies.
• Maintain project cost records, manage budgets, and process change orders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
