Qualifications

• MS degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 3+ months of experience with scientific equipment or semiconductor process experience.

Responsibilities

• Process equipment installation and development.
• Equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, monitor process performance, defect analysis and reduction.
• Drive improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, and safety/ergonomics.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to solve technical process and defect issues.
• Plan and conduct experiments to characterize the process throughout development.
• Establish control systems to optimize and sustain production performance.
• Develop strategies to resolve difficult problems and prevent recurrence.
