Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Maryland Transportation team.

You will develop high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials for MDOT and its modal agencies, translating complex transportation concepts into persuasive client-focused content. You will collaborate with transportation leaders, project managers, and subconsultants to ensure compliant, compelling submissions and maintain specialized Maryland content libraries for resumes,

Qualifications

3+ years of proposal coordination, writing, marketing, or business development in AEC or professional services.
5–7 years of experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Maryland transportation market and MDOT organization (SHA, MDTA, MTA).
Experience preparing proposals for Maryland transportation agencies is preferred.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, letters of interest, and interview materials for MDOT and modal agencies.
Review solicitations; develop compliance matrices, schedules, outlines, and responsibility assignments.
Define pursuit strategy with transportation leadership, staff, and partners.
Write and edit content addressing Maryland transportation priorities (safety, mobility, asset management).
Coordinate with subconsultants to collect resumes, project experience, and certifications.
Maintain Maryland transportation content libraries (staff resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate).
Support pursuit kickoffs, color-team reviews, production checks, and interview preparation.
Track opportunities and procurement forecasts with BD and technical leadership.
Collaborate with marketing and graphics to create visuals and presentations.
Improve pursuit processes and capture lessons learned to strengthen PRIME AE’s position.
