Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. in Maryland seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support transportation pursuits for MDOT agencies. You will develop proposals, qualifications packages, and persuasive narratives, working with engineers and business developers.

You will manage content libraries, ensure compliance, and coordinate with subconsultants to craft client-focused messaging that differentiates PRIME AE in Maryland’s transportation market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 3 years of proposal coordination or marketing experience in the AEC or professional services industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Maryland transportation market and MDOT agencies (SHA/MDTA/MTA).
• Experience preparing proposals or qualifications for Maryland transportation agencies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on compliance and detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; InDesign and proposal software are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop proposals, statements of qualifications, letters of interest, technical responses, and interview materials for MDOT and its modal agencies.
• Review solicitations and amendments; develop compliance matrices, schedules, outlines, and assignments.
• Collaborate with transportation leadership, technical staff, project managers, and teaming partners on strategy, win themes, and staffing narratives.
• Write and edit content addressing Maryland transportation priorities (safety, mobility, asset management, multimodal access).
• Maintain Maryland transportation content libraries, including resumes, project descriptions, and reusable narratives.
• Support pursuit kickoffs, color-team reviews, production checks, and final quality-control reviews.
