Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR partners with a well established commercial real estate firm in Maryland to recruit a Property Manager who will oversee a portfolio of retail properties.

You will drive efficient operations, facilities upkeep, lease compliance, financial oversight, and tenant relations to maximize value and performance across the properties.

The role requires strong organization, budgeting expertise, and excellent communication, with occasional travel to properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site property management experience in retail.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPM designation preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, CAM, tax reconciliations, and property laws.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and tenant/contractor communications.
• Ensure lease compliance and monitor critical dates with the lease admin team.
• Manage rent collections, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and insurance as needed.
• Supervise third-party contractors and oversee tenant buildouts as required.
