Job summary

EPIC Health System LLC in Silver Spring, MD, seeks a District Manager to establish and lead Maryland operations during market launch. You’ll function hands-on in a Practice Manager capacity, building the foundation for future district-wide leadership while ensuring strong patient care and operational excellence.

Lead staffing, workflows, and performance metrics; mentor staff; drive Chronic Care Management, Value-Based Care, and remote monitoring initiatives as EPIC expands across Maryland.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in healthcare leadership or practice management.
• Experience overseeing day-to-day healthcare operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration.
• Proficient with EHR and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maryland market operations and establish local practice.
• Oversee staffing, workflows, patient experience, scheduling, and processes.
• Develop scalable standards for new markets.
• Coach and develop staff across service lines.
• Partner with leadership to drive market growth.
