Job summary

EPIC Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Maryland team on-site in Silver Spring. You will own patient care, review histories, and guide diagnostics in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting as we launch our Maryland location.

Collaborate with physicians, perform procedures within scope, and help build clinical workflows and compassionate care as EPIC expands in Maryland. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics.
• Active Maryland PA or FNP/APRN license.
• Current national certification appropriate to your profession.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Deep understanding of patient care with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own patient care: examine patients, gather histories, and evaluate condition.
• Collaborate with physicians to prescribe therapies or medications within scope.
• Lead diagnostic efforts: administer and interpret tests as appropriate.
• Provide holistic care: counsel on health regimens and preventive care.
• Perform procedures: injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations.
• Supervise and coordinate with technicians and assistants to ensure quality care.
• Help build clinical workflows and culture as the Maryland site launches.
