Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Technology Strategy & AI Transformation to lead a data-driven, AI-enabled MarTech evolution across its global brands. Based in one of Hilton's corporate offices (Dallas, TX or McLean, VA), you will drive multi-year strategy, architecture, and a portfolio that spans identity, CRM, lifecycle marketing, content operations, analytics, and AI-enabled decisioning.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Marketing Technology or MarTech strategy.
• Proven track record shaping multi-year technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing, Data, Technology, and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Hilton's annual and multi-year MarTech strategy, target-state architecture, product portfolio, and investment roadmap.
• Translate business priorities into scalable technology capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead platform modernization, consolidation, migration, and integration simplification.
• Build investment cases and executive recommendations balancing growth, experience, speed, and value.
• Define and lead AI-enabled MarTech capabilities from opportunity framing to deployment and value realization.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and external providers to balance quality, latency, cost, and risk.
• Establish standards for AI evaluation, governance, and responsible use.
• Guide product leaders and cross-functional teams from opportunity framing through delivery readiness and adoption.
• Align MarTech platforms, data flows, and dependencies with Hilton-wide customer and commercial experiences.
