Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Senior Manager, AI & Transformation to lead the design, deployment, and adoption of AI-driven systems across Global Marketing Operations. The role sits at the intersection of data science, MarTech, and organizational change, building models and tools to drive account engagement while guiding governance and enablement for AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent applied experience.
• 6-8+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or applied data science, with at least 2 years leading predictive modeling or AI/automation initiatives.
• Prior people management experience, or readiness to manage a small team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and shape the highest priority AI use cases for the MOps team.
• Define the scoring architecture for predictive contact and lead scoring with the Data & AI team.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows that automate multi-step marketing operations tasks with human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Evaluate emerging generative AI capabilities for Marketing Operations and pilot before broader rollout.
• Establish AI model governance and data quality measures.
• Champion change management, enablement, and adoption of new automated workflows and processes.
• Establish feedback loops with end users and partners within the Data & AI team.
• Identify and lead process redesign opportunities where AI removes manual steps.
