Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Director, Marketing Technology in the United States to lead strategic and technical runs across marketing tech and AI-enabled experiences. You will guide clients and internal teams in scalable Adobe-powered solutions and drive AI-enabled marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities include shaping presales strategy, solution architecture, and value realization, while building accelerators and playbooks to scale delivery for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering customer data, digital marketing, or marketing technology solutions.
• 3+ years of experience within a digital-first, global delivery agency, consultancy, or comparable client-services environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP, including schema creation, data ingestion, identity resolution, and destination activation.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform products, including RTCDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Mix Modeler, and related technologies such as Target.
• Familiarity with Adobe's AI and machine-learning capabilities, including Customer AI, Attribution AI, and the AEP AI Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior subject matter expert across Adobe Experience Platform, with particular depth in Real‑Time CDP and working expertise across Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Target, and Adobe CX Enterprise.
• Maintain deep technical expertise as Adobe platforms and AI capabilities evolve, developing playbooks, documentation, and scalable approaches for internal and client use.
• Design and architect scalable, tailored customer data platform and marketing technology solutions that align technology capabilities with business objectives.
• Advise clients on AI enablement strategies, including AI‑assisted segmentation, predictive scoring, generative content workflows, brand intelligence, and other native AI capabilities.
• Lead compelling client‑facing presentations, workshops, hands‑on labs, demonstrations, and AI capability showcases for technical and executive audiences.
