Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Senior Director, Brands & Commercial Learning in McLean, VA to partner with business leaders in attracting, retaining, and developing Team Members. You will shape how Hilton enables performance at scale across brands and commercial functions and lead a team of learning professionals.

You will drive enterprise learning strategy, promote innovative, data-driven experiences, and collaborate with HR Technology, Strategy & Analytics. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning, Leadership Development and/or Talent Management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Experience presenting to Senior Executives and consulting at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise strategy for Brands and Commercial Learning aligned to Hilton's goals.
• Translate priorities into forward-looking learning strategies and growth opportunities.
• Lead AI-enabled and digital learning initiatives with learner-centric approaches.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable learning experiences across regions with localization where needed.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of learning solutions in revenue management, sales, marketing, and brand service.
