Citigroup Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Digital Channel Lead Analyst to drive and implement marketing technology platforms and tools aligned with Citi's Consumer Banking vision of always-on, personalized marketing.

You will own platform lifecycle, integrate data/content platforms with ad tech, and lead development, testing, deployment, and optimization with CDP and Adobe Journey Orchestration. The role requires 6–10 years of MarTech experience, strong product management and Agile skills, and

Competenze

6–10 years of experience implementing and managing MarTech across data, offer, content.
Technical proficiency in marketing technology architecture, backend systems, and front-end interfaces.
Product management skills with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional leadership.
Strong communication and collaboration with marketing, analytics, risk, tech, and design.

Mansioni

Oversee Google Ad Manager and ensure it meets business requirements and performance.
Integrate data/content platforms with ad platforms to enable onsite and offsite marketing.
Steer design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of MarTech platforms.
Manage ongoing platform optimization, upgrades, and feature enhancements.
Liaise with third‑party vendors and support teams for efficient operation.
Monitor and optimize platform performance and user experience.
