Citi is seeking a Digital PM Lead Analyst in New York to drive strategic product initiatives on the digital platform. You will lead platform vision, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and translate business needs into scalable product solutions that enhance customer experiences.

The role requires experience delivering digital platforms, strong communication with technical teams, and a proven ability to balance time-to-market with robust, compliant designs. Full-time, on-site in NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, business management, or engineering.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading digital initiatives and collaborating with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious business objectives.
• Provide platform, product, and customer experience leadership.
• Engage with cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop digital platform products.
• Own the overall platform vision, capabilities and roadmap.
• Shape business and product requirements into platform requirements.
• Own platform business plans and roadmaps.
• Drive product development for new initiatives.
• Balance time-to-market with quality and risk considerations.
• Communicate goals and responsibilities across the company.
• Assess risk with emphasis on compliance and governance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering

Advanced degree

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Experience leading digital initiatives

Experience working with engineers and developers

Strategic, results-driven leadership

Effective communication with technical teams

6-10 years of experience
