Citigroup Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Digital MarTech lead to drive and implement marketing technology platforms that support CitiBank’s consumer marketing vision.

You will own platforms, oversee integration of GAM, CDP, AJO, and data tools to enable personalized, omnichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing, analytics, risk, technology, product and design teams to deliver digital-first solutions, ensuring high performance, security and governance across MarTech stack.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and managing MarTech across data, content, offer and orchestration domains.
• Strong product leadership with cross-functional agile delivery experience.
• Proven ability to drive marketing technology architecture end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Platform Ownership: Oversee GAM and integrate with data/content platforms.
• Tech Development: Design, test, deploy and maintain MarTech platforms and CDP/AJO.
• Optimization & Upgrades: Regular improvements and content performance tuning.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and support teams.
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce security, privacy and regulatory policies.
