Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Marketing Technology MarTech Developer to support a multi-brand digital marketing operation across WordPress websites, landing pages, SEO systems, and lead capture workflows. You will collaborate with marketing, SEO, PPC, design, and data teams to implement programmatic templates, ensure accurate tracking, and support campaign launches across brands.

Qualifications

3+ years of WordPress development experience on marketing-focused sites.
Proven ability to translate designer mockups into responsive WordPress pages.
Experience with Elementor, templates, and dynamic content.
Strong understanding of SEO basics, schema, and site performance.
Experience with tracking, tagging, and form integrations (GTM, GA4, CallRail).
Familiarity with programmatic SEO and multi-brand site management.
Attention to QA and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain WordPress sites across multiple brands.
Develop responsive landing, service, location pages, and programmatic SEO templates.
Implement forms with Formidable Forms, Gravity Forms, and routing logic.
Configure UTMs, lead attribution, email notifications, and SMTP routing.
Set up and QA GA4 events, Google Ads conversions, Meta events, and call tracking.
Optimize WordPress/Elementor pages for speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile.
Translate designer mocks from Figma into accurate pages.
Maintain schema, internal linking, and SEO implementations at scale.
Collaborate with marketing, SEO, PPC, design, and data teams.
Document changes and QA steps for the marketing team.
