Job summary
Aktion Associates, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing & Martech Specialist to join our Maumee, OH team. You will establish landing page best practices, support on-page and technical SEO/AEO, perform QA, and manage digital ad operations.
You will own analytics tracking (pixels, UTMs, conversion events), maintain dashboards, monitor performance, and assist with integrations across website and ads platforms.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in Digital Marketing or related roles.
- Experience with MarTech platforms: CRM, automation, analytics, tag management, and reporting.
- Experience managing website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, and AEO best practices.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms, campaign execution and reporting.
- Experience supporting B2B lead-generation programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain landing page/template best practices.
- Support technical and on-page SEO/AEO.
- Perform website technical QA.
- Execute digital advertising operations.
- Own pixels, UTMs, conversion-event tracking and digital measurement implementation.
- Maintain digital reporting and dashboards.
- Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support technical implementation/testing where website, advertising or other digital integrations are involved.
