Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Marketing Technology Engineer to own the automation and AI layer of our MarTech stack. You will build agentic processes, monitor outputs, and reduce manual work for the marketing team.

You will work across tools (Clay, Zapier, Workato, n8n) and data platforms (BigQuery) with HubSpot and Salesforce administration. Strong SQL/Python skills and CI familiarity are required for ongoing reliability.

Qualifications

• Marketing operations experience with funnel, lead scoring, deliverability and consent rules.
• Proven automation development inside a GTM function using Clay, Zapier, Workato or similar.
• Experience moving from no‑code to code with version control, CI, and testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; REST API fundamentals; secrets management and data warehousing basics.
• Administration of HubSpot and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating layer for marketing's agent fleet end to end: provisioning, output verification, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Design and build agentic processes and automations that remove manual work.
• Instrument usage, output, and value for leadership and drive improvements from feedback.
• Consolidate marketing concepts across tools and agents to ensure consistency.
• Own the MarTech stack configuration, administration, and integration for campaign execution.
