- Translate business priorities into clear workstreams, requirements, and deliverables, and translate business needs into technical requirements for platform and data teams
- Design and operationalize intake, approval, and execution workflows to improve consistency, speed, and quality across lifecycle campaigns
- Serve as the central point of coordination across creative agencies and technology deployment partners, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive accountability, resolve conflicts and blockers, and build alignment among stakeholders at all levels, including AVP, VP, and SVP leaders
- Prepare executive‑level presentations and communications that distill complex information and facilitate decisions, while supporting launch readiness and adoption of new capabilities across business units

- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
- Experience managing risks, resolving blockers, facilitating decisions, and communicating status and tradeoffs to senior leaders
- Experience establishing governance, intake, approval, and quality control processes that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for technical and non‑technical audiences
