Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own the delivery, governance, and evolution of our Marketing Technology portfolio. You will lead end-to-end programs across the MarTech stack and partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and other teams to drive roadmaps and platform integrations.

This role requires deep technical program management capabilities and experience with marketing platforms, APIs, data flows, and enterprise SaaS.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms and ecosystems (CRM, CMS, analytics, digital experience).
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and enterprise SaaS technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and tools like Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own program management and delivery across the Marketing Technology portfolio, aligning with Marketing and Technology priorities.
• Lead multi-functional MarTech programs from planning to delivery, including roadmaps and risk management.
• Coordinate priorities across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics and other teams.
• Provide governance for the MarTech landscape, platform integrations, and technology lifecycle planning.
• Drive executive-level reporting on program health, dependencies, and key milestones.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech ecosystem and processes.
