Job summary

Favor seeks a Senior Marketing Technology Systems Manager to drive data governance, platform architecture, and scalable growth tech. You’ll own multi-platform CDP frameworks, ensure data integrity, and lead cross-functional technical initiatives across Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, and Product.

Responsibilities include defining source-of-truth, optimizing MMPs and SDK integrations, and building self-service playbooks to empower campaigns at scale. Hybrid work from Austin, TX preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, CS, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years in technical Marketing Operations, martech, or Growth Engineering roles.
• Deep knowledge of data orchestration CDPs and managing complex schemas.
• Proficiency with SQL and modern development languages; cloud infra experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce global data governance and CDP taxonomies for clean, actionable marketing data.
• Own core martech tools, monitor API structures, manage infra costs, troubleshoot system-level errors.
