Qualifications

• 8+ years as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure, with the ability to connect advertising and marketing technology to broader business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising, aligning experts and sequencing engagement from qualification to close.
• Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP, making delivery capabilities visible to teams.
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
• Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to shorten deployment timelines for customers.
• Engage partners to expand delivery capacity and scale commerce/advertising solutions.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and business units with sound judgment and customer focus.
