Job summary

AWS ProServe seeks a Principal to lead as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high-visibility role defines how commerce, advertising, and data-driven marketing capabilities translate into enterprise value across regions and industries.

You will collaborate with domain experts and partners to shape pursuits, drive repeatable offerings, and create scalable delivery for complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM, and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech in enterprise SaaS/CRM/data infra to link advertising and marketing tech to business outcomes.
• Degree in advanced technology or AWS Professional level certification.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when commerce/advertising opportunities involve other Amazon domains.
• Serve as ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
• Drive creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators.
• Engage partners to expand delivery capacity and scale solutions.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon units.
