Aimbridge Hospitality's Marriott Springfield Downtown location seeks a Front Desk Manager OEM to lead guest check-in/out, ensuring warmth, efficiency, and memorable stays for every guest. You will coach the front desk team, optimize occupancy and revenue with smart rate strategies, and coordinate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional service in Springfield, MA.

This overtime-eligible managerial role offers a competitive salary between $60,000 and $65,000 per year plus a comprehensive

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
• Valid driver's license from the applicable state.
