Qualifications

• Previous Marriott-Branded Hotel Management Experience Is Mandatory.
• Only candidates with direct management experience at a Marriott-branded hotel will be considered.
• This position requires a hands-on hospitality leader with proven Marriott hotel management experience and a strong record of achieving operational, financial, and guest satisfaction objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations per Marriott brand standards and service expectations.
• Lead and coordinate all hotel departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Conduct regular management briefings and departmental meetings to review performance and address priorities.
• Establish departmental objectives and monitor performance.
• Oversee guest relations, resolve complaints, and implement service recovery procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and property presentation.
• Lead key property initiatives, including capital improvements and refurbishment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual operating budget, marketing and sales plan, and capital expenditure budget.
• Maintain accountability for the hotel's financial performance, profitability, and operating results.
• Analyze profit and loss statements, revenue reports, and departmental expenses.
• Develop and implement strategies to control costs and maximize margins.
• Monitor daily business reports and KPI to support informed management decisions.
• Ensure monthly financial forecasts for rooms, food and beverage, administration, and general operating expenses are accurate and aligned with targets.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for ownership and leadership.
