• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and market share.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate, group, leisure, and local business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, businesses, organizations, and community partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, property tours, networking activities, and community outreach.
• Respond to leads and inquiries promptly and professionally while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on proposals, contracts, leads, and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and operations teams to ensure successful group stays and a positive guest experience.
