Job summary

The Ghoman Group is hiring a Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor for Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lebanon in Lebanon, Indiana. Hotel experience is required; duties include check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and cash balancing.

Pay is $15–$22 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid monthly. The interview is in-person only; start date is immediate; location at 410 Gateway Ave, Lebanon, IN 46052.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out, balance cash at end of shift.
• Handle guest inquiries, problems and complaints.
• Familiar with tariffs and special offers; assist with restaurant reservations and use of the switchboard.
• Ensure keys are returned on guest departure and coordinate with reservations.
