Job summary

The Courtyard Austin South, a property managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team, oversee daily operations and ensure spotless, guest-ready rooms at all times.

You will train staff, enforce safety protocols, and collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to sustain high cleanliness standards and efficient service at the hotel in Austin, Texas.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision, including inspections, reports, and productivity checks.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
