Key Responsibilities

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks. Ensure everything runs smoothly and meets standards.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands‑on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated.
• Safety & Security Pro: Manage lost‑and‑found items, key control, and access to sensitive areas while maintaining top‑of‑mind safety.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation across all facilities and equipment, making everything look fresh, feel safe, and exceed expectations.

Education & Experience
