Job summary

Goyard Inc. is seeking a Marquage Associate to support daily administrative and operational functions at the Rodeo Drive Workshop in Beverly Hills. You will help ensure smooth merchandise flow, accurate tracking, and timely updates across clients, boutiques and workshop teams.

The role involves quality checks, stock management, stencil creation, and involvement in workshops and events while upholding Goyard standards and heritage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position; luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable with stencil creation and hands-on workshop support.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support workshop organization with batch assignments and quality checks.
• Liaise with boutiques and clients on Marquage status and follow-up.
• Receive shipments and support inbound and outbound packaging.
• Maintain accurate stock, queue, order, and shipment information.
• Create FedEx labels and maintain Marquage order trackers and documentation.
• Prepare reports for management as requested.
• Align US Marquage workshops with Global HQ standards.
• Create stencils and assist with Marquage events and special projects.
