Job summary

Goyard is seeking a Marquage Associate at the Rodeo Drive Workshop in Beverly Hills to support the Marquage workshop’s daily administrative and operational functions. You will help ensure smooth merchandise flow between clients, boutiques, and the workshop, with accurate tracking, organized workflows, and timely updates.

Responsibilities include quality checks, shipments, stock and order maintenance, stencil creation, and assisting with events, while upholding Goyard standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable with stencil creation and hands-on workshop support.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support workshop organization, including batch assignments and quality checks.
• Liaise with boutiques and clients regarding Marquage status and follow-up.
• Receive shipments and support inbound and outbound packaging.
• Maintain accurate stock, queue, order, and shipment information.
• Create FedEx labels and maintain Marquage order trackers and documentation.
• Prepare reports for management as requested.
• Support alignment across U.S. Marquage workshops in accordance with Global HQ standards.
• Create stencils and assist with Marquage events, email management, and special projects.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Goyard products, heritage, and brand standards.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and guidance from senior Marquage personnel.
