Job summary

Fanatics Markets is seeking a high-ownership, customer-facing professional to acquire, onboard, and grow a portfolio of priority customers. You will be the first point of contact and long‑term relationship owner, blending outbound acquisition with white‑glove onboarding and ongoing engagement.

You’ll engage through text, phone, and messaging, build trust quickly, and translate activity into meaningful outcomes, while coordinating with payments, support, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles with accountability.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly and influence customer behavior.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach and frequent customer interaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication in informal, 1:1 settings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire high-priority customers through outbound outreach.
• Personally onboard new customers and educate them on market mechanics and platform features.
• Drive ongoing engagement and retention through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Represent Fanatics Markets professionally and provide feedback to product and operations teams.
