Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, hospitality, relationship management, or customer success with direct performance accountability.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly and influence customer behavior through direct communication.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach and frequent customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire high-priority customers through direct outreach to known leads, referrals, and targeted campaigns.
• Engage in high-volume outbound communication on a daily basis and build trust quickly.
• Personally onboard new customers and educate them on market mechanics and features.
• Drive ongoing engagement, reactivate dormant customers, and deepen relationships with top users.
• Represent Fanatics Markets professionally and relay feedback to internal teams.
