The role requires deep technical depth in Java distributed systems, cloud architectures, and CI/CD practices, along with strong leadership and communication skills to work with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Engineering Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering best practices and product ownership.
• Strategic Transformation: Drive modernization and transformation of core financing technology platforms (booking, settlements, inventory, collateral management).
• Architecture & Design: Own architecture of enterprise applications, focusing on distributed, scalable solutions and quality processes.
• Project & Product Delivery: Manage complex technology projects from conception to delivery, oversee CI/CD automation and improve team efficiency.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, manage expectations, and address regulatory risks.
• System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and improve resiliency, performance, and scalability.
