Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking Marketplace Temporary Associates for the Williamsville and Cheektowaga area. This temporary role supports state telesales, retention, and enrollment activities through the NYSOH Marketplace, with shifts 8:00-16:30 or 9:00-17:00.

You will educate members about plan options, schedule reviews, assist enrollments and renewals, and review coverage for drugs and doctors under the plan. High School diploma or GED required; compensation is $19/hour.

About the Opportunity: The Marketplace Telesales Red Shirt is responsible for state telesales and retention through the call center. Required to work collaboratively with state external sales representatives and sales management.

• Work with the NYSOH Marketplace to assist members' enrollments/renewals.
• Review members/non-members list of drugs and doctors to make sure they would be covered under the Independent Health plan should the person decide to enroll.
• Complete new enrollment and renewal applications over the phone or in person
