Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking Marketplace Temporary Associates for the Williamsville and Cheektowaga area. This temporary role supports state telesales, retention, and enrollment activities through the NYSOH Marketplace, with shifts 8:00-16:30 or 9:00-17:00.

You will educate members about plan options, schedule reviews, assist enrollments and renewals, and review coverage for drugs and doctors under the plan. High School diploma or GED required; compensation is $19/hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Educate members about plan options.
• Schedule appointments for members to review plan options.
• Assist members' enrollments/renewals with NYSOH Marketplace.
• Review drug and doctor lists to ensure coverage under the Independent Health plan.
• Complete new enrollment and renewal applications over the phone or in person.
