Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Manager, Marketplace Performance & Strategy in Atlanta to influence growth across owned and third-party channels through data-driven insights and cross-functional leadership.

You will own reporting, forecasting, and business cases, partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams, and help set the long-term delivery strategy. The role requires 5+ years in strategy/analytics and a minimum 4-year degree; onsite four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise marketplace performance reporting across Inspire brands and delivery partners.
• Develop executive scorecards and performance narratives for reviews.
• Identify growth drivers, risks, and opportunities through ongoing analysis.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Establish reporting frameworks, KPIs, and methodologies across brands and channels.
• Own reporting tools, dashboards, and data governance processes.
