Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Manager, New Business Performance Analyst in Minnesota. The role measures, analyzes, and communicates Marketplace New Business Development performance, translating data into insights, forecasts, and recommendations for executive leadership.

You will own KPI definitions, dashboards, pipeline diagnostics, forecasting, opportunity sizing, and business reviews to drive growth and improve results.

Qualifications

• This role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• This role requires 5+ years of experience in analytics, performance management, strategy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate findings into business recommendations.
• Proven experience building executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, BI tools, CRM, and pipeline data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain KPIs, performance definitions, and executive scorecards for New Business Development.
• Monitor pipeline health and diagnose performance across funnel stages.
• Build forecasting and pipeline projection models to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Conduct opportunity sizing, market-potential analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Lead weekly and quarterly business reviews and deliver insights and recommendations.
