Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a Manager, Marketplace Performance & Strategy to influence growth and strategy across owned and third-party channels. You will lead reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives with multiple teams, including Finance, Marketing, and Technology.

This onsite role requires four days per week in our Atlanta-area offices. You will partner with analytics and data teams to turn insights into actionable recommendations that drive profitability and long-term delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum: 4 year degree.
• 5+ years in strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executives.
• Experience with delivery, marketplace, ecommerce, or digital businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise marketplace performance reporting across brands and partners.
• Develop executive scorecards, reviews, analyses, and narratives.
• Lead forecasting, financial planning, and budgeting processes.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and business impact.
• Lead analytical workstreams for negotiations and partnerships.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership.
