• Manage complex payment issues and escalations across teams.
• Drive KPIs, SLAs, controls, SOPs, quality, and improvement.
• Identify product, tooling, and automation opportunities.
• Use data to identify trends, risks, and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Support readiness for new payment capabilities and markets.
• Coach associates and foster accountability and collaboration.
