The Manager, Marketplace Payment Operations at Walmart in Bentonville leads day-to-day payment operations across assigned areas, ensuring reliable execution, effective seller resolution, and strong operational performance.

You collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Seller Support, and payment partners to identify opportunities, drive process improvements, and support scalable payment capabilities while coaching associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years’ experience in project/program management or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsabilités

• Own Marketplace Payment Operations across assigned areas, ensuring accurate execution and timely seller resolution.
• Manage complex payment issues, incidents, and escalations across Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Seller Support, and payment partners.
• Drive operational excellence through KPIs, SLAs, controls, SOPs, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Identify product, tooling, and automation opportunities that improve seller experience and reduce manual operations.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Support operational readiness for new payment capabilities and markets.
• Coach associates and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
