Job summary

Walmart Connect seeks a seasoned Programs/PM leader to drive payment monetization and seller billing initiatives within the Marketplace Payments and Incentives org. You will collaborate with product, tech, data science, and operations to build scalable billing systems for Walmart Fulfillment, Walmart Connect, and related services.

You will lead international billing innovations, manage budgets and risk, and align tech work with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS/related field with 3 years’ experience in project or program management
• Or 5 years’ experience in project/program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement payment monetization strategies, projects, and tools for seller services.
• Lead advancements in billing strategies and payment mechanisms across international segments.
• Monitor progress against milestones and run cross-functional meetings to fix issues and maintain health.
• Communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and drive collaboration.
• Align technology initiatives with business priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Create and execute detailed roadmaps for billing solutions and optimize automated recovery.
• Work with legal and compliance to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
