Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in payments, eCommerce, risk, or financial services, with at least 3 years in leadership or team management.
• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional analytics teams and mentoring.
• Advanced SQL skills with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement payment frameworks to reduce payment losses and chargebacks.
• Define and lead payment strategies to mitigate losses and fraud; partner with risk, data science, and operations.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Billing to manage and reduce seller payments losses.
• Automate payment workflows, improve reconciliation, and scale support for high-growth sellers.
• Transform the seller payments journey to reduce holds, delays, and cross-border complexities.
• Influence product and tech roadmaps to align with payment objectives.
• Use data analytics to generate actionable insights and drive payment performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing payments team.
