Job summary

Indeed Flex is hiring an Operations Manager (Marketplace) to own team performance, forecast staffing, and drive data-driven improvements across SLA targets. You will manage Supervisors and Leads, partner with analysts, and refine AI prompts and automation based on real-world feedback.

The role requires hands-on SQL fluency, dashboard ownership, and a focus on data quality and operational resilience. In-office, five days a week, with WFH option on Thursdays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading frontline teams in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to write, validate, and interpret SQL for dashboards and reports.
• Experience building and maintaining domain-level reporting and KPIs.
• Ability to translate process updates into sustained behavioral change.
• Strong collaboration with analysts to improve automation and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own holistic SLA management and team performance metrics.
• Oversee staffing, shift coverage, and capacity planning.
• Standardize resolution workflows for consistent delivery.
• Develop and coach supervisors and leads; drive change initiatives.
• Build and maintain recurring domain dashboards and data pipelines.
