Job summary

Healthcare.com is seeking a Program Manager, Marketplace Operations, to own and optimize a portfolio spanning Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science. You will connect dependencies across teams, validate progress with data, and keep critical deadlines in view.

You will leverage AI tools and workflow automation to improve portfolio management. Strong SQL, KPI fluency, and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Working SQL knowledge to write basic queries and independently verify data.
• Fluency with KPIs including CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, pacing, and margin.
• Track record of driving alignment and accountability across teams without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication skills; able to convey status clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Own the Marketplace Operations portfolio from planning through execution and handoff.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and partner teams.
• Run the operating cadence for the portfolio with executive-ready status updates.
• Maintain a single source of truth for initiatives, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and deadlines.
• Use data, dashboards, and SQL to validate project status beyond reports.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and surface risks before deadlines.
• Build alignment and hold owners accountable across non-direct teams.
• Document decisions and changes clearly across initiatives.
• Communicate risks early and present options for moving forward.
• Transition completed initiatives to day-to-day business owners with clear ownership.
