Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Operations Lead to own and scale the end-to-end operational engine behind the Databricks Marketplace. In this high-visibility role, you will establish operational excellence across partner onboarding, transaction approvals, catalog integrity, and retention initiatives.

You will architect and deploy tools, automations, and AI-driven workflows to scale the platform, partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational leadership experience across Business Operations, Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or scaling operational functions within a fast-paced technology environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and shipping automations or operational tools using Python, low-code/RPA platforms, workflow platforms, or modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect, manage, and scale end-to-end operational workflows for partner eligibility and onboarding, transaction approvals, catalog health, and featured listing placements.
• Own the health and integrity of the Marketplace: monitor signals, establish quality controls, support Deal Desk on complex transactions.
• Design and deploy custom tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to reduce friction and accelerate throughput.
• Drive retention campaigns and cross-functional operational cadences with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Field teams.
• Partner on go-to-market efforts, driving transaction pipeline growth and strategic partner deals.
